Terms of service

Last updated 28 October 2026

Crisper is run by Moses Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we"). These terms cover crisper.ai and the Crisper app at app.crisper.ai. By creating an account or a workspace you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business the workspace is for. Questions: apoorv@crisper.ai.

Your account and workspace

Your agents and what they do

What you may not do

We may pause an agent or a workspace that breaks these rules or puts other customers at risk, and will tell you why.

Your data

What you and your agents put in your workspace stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Crisper for you, as the privacy policy describes. We don't use it to train AI models.

Plans, trials and credits

Availability and changes

We work to keep Crisper running and your data safe, but it is provided as is: we can't promise it will never be down, that every agent action will be right, or that tools you connect will keep working with it. We improve Crisper all the time and may change or remove features; if we remove something you pay for, we'll tell you first.

Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, revenue or data), and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending

You can close your workspace at any time; ask us and we'll delete its data as the privacy policy says. We may end these terms for a workspace that seriously or repeatedly breaks them, or if we stop offering Crisper, with notice and a chance to export your data where we can.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about them or about Crisper is heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both of us agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Before going to court, write to us and we'll try to sort it out together.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change we update the date above, and tell workspace owners by email if the change matters. Using Crisper after that means you accept the new terms.
