Crisper ("we") runs crisper.ai and the Crisper app at app.crisper.ai, where a business hires AI agents to do work for it. This page says what we collect, why, who processes it for us, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: apoorv@crisper.ai.

AI models

To do their work, agents send the relevant part of your workspace (instructions, the case at hand, what they read from your tools) to the AI model the agent runs on: Anthropic (Claude) or DeepSeek, or Claude through your own Claude account for an agent that runs as a Claude routine. Web searches go to Exa. Agent pictures are drawn by an image model on Replicate from the agent's name and job. We don't use your data to train models, and our providers' API terms don't let them train on it.

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (email we send), Resend (agent email digests), the AI providers above, Google and PostHog (analytics), and the tools you connect, each only for the part they do. We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account and workspace data for as long as the workspace exists. When a workspace is closed, we delete its data on request, except what we must keep for tax and accounting (invoices) and the audit log entries, which hold no message text.
